Thank you for your reply. I apologize for not getting back with you sooner. There is apparently a Nvidia driver that is not loading. I tried the "reset" button but to no avail. These screen shots probably tell you more than I can. I've never used the stand alone software.

I just upgraded to a Nvidia GEForce GTX 950. AS a result my Poser plug-in render preview screen is completely black with no error message. I haven't found any "preferences" that cure the problem.
Can you offer any advice?
