I did what you said , render kernel is PMC with your settings , rendering time is about 8 hours and noise still remain . i used portal but with light intensity equal to 0 . so i'm not sure it is pertinent . this is a 16000 s/px picture . i changed some glass materials .

thanks for advice , i'm trying right now . for time it was about 4 hours and i forgot to use portals .
By the way , there is any manner to use displacement maps ( for carpet, cloth , grass, etc ) in octane render ? i didn't find a way .

my last self project , or how to enhance a small and not so well designed interior . i still try to be as realistic as possible. this is 16000 s/px picture in PMC and natural daylight system .

thanks for the advice . there is anyway to make histogram in directlight render to adjust level for a pmc rendering to follow ? do the light behavior is homogeneous between DL and PMC / PT ?

as an engineer , i worked and hired Architect .
At the end my conclusion is the following :
- never trust an architect about planinng and cost .
And it's a shame in my opinion . i don't get how they manage priority . i had sort of "saved" a project when i decided to do the planning myself and ...
