important for your work. It's very comfortable with Octane.

Prorender comes with a lot of restrictions. Maybe in the c4d's r21 version it will reach Octane's current level.

You can also try to update latest Cinema 4d version (r18.039). New version contains a lot of improvements and bug fixes for obj imports.

He's asking for smoke (density) shading I guess.
