I'm unable to get this version running at all. The install completes, but SketchUp Make 2017 crashes before I can do anything.

I'm running the latest versions of SketchUp and Octane (both downloaded in the last two days).

I'm also running a fully updated Windows 10 with nVidia's latest drivers ...

Thanks - I came to the same conclusion, as I discovered the views won't render using Autodesk's cloud renderer either.

It happens on multiple scenes, but so far only in this one file. I think I have been using the same (most recent) version for a while - I just updated it today because of the error, in the hope that it was a configuration problem of some kind. I was not able to get any of the views I tried today to ...

I'm using the latest Octane (downloaded today), with Revit 2017, and receive the following message when trying to start a render:
Exception starting render : System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at OctaneRenderPlugin.CameraChangeMonitor..UpdateValues ...

I've seen this happen on other plugins. I think that when Octane is using a lot of VRAM, and you change the view, there is a brief moment when the host app (Revit in this case) requires more VRAM, which is not available, and the Nvidia driver or Revit crashes. Try turning on Out of Core Textures ...

Perhaps it was a mistake, but I just installed Cuda 7.5 (after posting the last crash). Now I see the authentication window, but the Octane control panel never shows up. Revit thinks it's there, because if I try to re-open it, I get a message saying it's open and would I like to close and re-open it ...
