Really nice shots although they are rendered with DL/AO kernel
The only thing I don't like is the sterile, cold look of the interiors. Some evening sunlight would warm them up a bit

Try reducing highlight with Camera Raw filter in photoshop. Play with Exposure, highlights and shadows there.
In Octane you can also balance your lighting and materials colours (don't use pure white).

1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302 rendering project
Car model is from Forza game. Tires model from smcars.net. Rendering, lighting and materials has been done by me in Octane Render. Postwork in photoshop.
PT kernel, 4k to 16k samples, 2880x1800 resolution, rendering time from 10 minutes to 3.5 hours :)
