Where is the button to import OBJs?

I feel a bit dumb for asking this, but where is the button to import an .Obj? :oops:

All I can see is FILE -> OPEN, which only takes .ocs format?
Also, there is FILE -> 'OBJ Mesh Import Preferences', but no actual button to import.

I'm using the 1.021 Beta 2.1 demo
