Hi,
We have detected a bug in OctaneRender™ for Blender 4.0 RC4 - 16.2.4 [TEST]. When you apply OpenSubDiv to one object, other objects automatically take it even though their OpenSubDiv is disabled.

Hi
Octane does not exactly work the way a standard PBR Metal Roughness shading does. So its a little tricky to get the octane viewport to match Substance viewport one to one.
Also you are ultimately creating your texture looks in substance and you would want those to translate to Octane as ...

Check the attached blend file, Its a simple cube as object and plane as the shadow catcher as well as the reflection catcher.
Just render the file and check the viewer output in the node editor.
I use fusion but any compositor will do.

Hi Octane Imager works on Rendered Images and not just the preview viewport -if by that you mean final render. Or do you mean compositor !
