I would ditch the Porsche or change its color to white because you have a red object smack in the middle of frame surrounded by white so people will look at that instead of the building.

You need to adjust it so your horizon lines are straight. It is very distracting with the slant it has right now, especially noticeable on the second image. The render itself is really nice.

The first one is pathtracing render using a free HDRI I downloaded from the net. The second one is direct light with sunlight (new). Both in AO mode.
I used octane database materials for the floor, pillows and the lamp. The rest are flat octane materials. I did some light post work in ...
