Ok, thanks for the answer.
I have no idea why the render window suddenly could go behind the main daz view. It was only that one session and after restart it was back to having the render window on top.

A few newbie questions
Hi,
I am new to the daz plugin (but not to Octane as such), and have a few questions. More may pop up later.
Is there a way to dock the render view? I can dock the controls, but cannot figure out how to dock the render window.
Normally the render view stays on top, which is fine. But today, for ...

Ah, nice trick. I will use that until you get it implemented.

Re: OctaneRender® for Poser (Windows) - build 1.29 [TEST]
The Creators of Suzy Q have already given me a fixed version. Apparently Lightwave can leave some 1 or 2 point vertices if you aren't careful. Anyway, that problem is now fixed.
Question: Is there a way to turn on (or off) smooth for a whole figure without having to open each material in turn and ...

Re: OctaneRender® for Poser (Windows) - build 1.29 [TEST]
Thanks for having a look at the figure.
There must be a way to determine which UV to use since Poser is able to, but I guess it is too difficult to make the plugin fully compatible with Poser?
I don't know anything about UV coordinates and vertices. Would you mind giving me a short description of ...

Re: OctaneRender® for Poser (Windows) - build 1.29 [TEST]
I assume it is a bug since Poser can render the figure just fine.
My guess is that it is some unexpected structure that the converter to Octane did not expect; hopefully it is easy to fix when there is an example figure that can trigger the problem.

Re: OctaneRender® for Poser (Windows) - build 1.29 [TEST]
I have found another bug:
I am trying to render the Suzy Q 2 character from RDNA (http://www.runtimedna.com/SQ2.html).
When I open the viewport, I get the following message:
"Left Toe has a mismatch between vertices and textures and will not be loaded into the Octane scene"
The character does ...

Re: OctaneRender® for Poser (Windows) - build 1.28 [TEST]
I sometimes get the CUDA parameter error as well with my GTX 760.
I had been working without problems for about an hour, then I deleted an object in poser and I got lots of these errors.
I don't have time to do a more comprehensive error report right now, but I will try to see if I can reproduce ...
