Forgot to say that you can also see me, my wife and my son featured in the photo of the memories, and then a 3D scan of my wife on the left nest too

Thanks Glimpse! This is an experiment in storytelling using VR content.
Obviously here there's a lot of inspiration coming from Oblivion theme (and a little bit of Halo, too :P). But also from the great work of other many artists such as Lee Sourder, Vitaly Bulgarov, Eddie Del Rio, Paul Pepera, etc ...

Re: ORC new feature: render time estimation
ORC team jest replied:
"ORC is experiencing heavy traffic right now, which is why your estimation is not finishing."
I hope they'll get some more power as they promised, now we're all rendering the big 18k cubemaps we can't render at home...!!!

Re: Stereo Cubemaps with Oculus on PC (status)
I tried it and it was not working, DesktopVR taks a huge amount of time to convert the cubemap to it proprietary environment format...
LiveViewRift does not take cubemaps but works well with equirectangular stereo images.
No other solution?

ORC new feature: render time estimation
Hey,
I just saw the new feature of ORC to estimate render times, anyway I sent a scene and starte a job to estimate a render, but the job seems to hang there forever...
has anyone used this new feature? OTOY team, is it working? Can you give us some explanation on how to use it?
Thanks!

Stereo Cubemaps with Oculus on PC (status)
Hey everyone,
I just wanted to know if anyone found a good solution to view stereo cubemaps (from Metaverse contest) on the PC using Oculus Rift.
At the moment I just can see equirectangular images, using LiveViewRift (the best tool I found, after testing several ones: Kolor, ecc). I'd obviously ...

Re:
The cubemaps ordering seems correct! I don't have a Gear VR to test it (only tried the equirectangular pano with Oculus DK2), if anyone wants to try and leave here some feedback I'll be glad :)
Thanks to Rikk the Gaijin for the ORC cubemaps re-ordering tip:
