Is it possible to crossgrade from skp plugin to 3ds max plugin ? Coz i could not produce anything with skp plugin

I wish they do something to quench our frustration by giving a cross-grade this SKP plugin into other workable plugins such as 3ds Max, etc......that would be great!

Yes, i believe we can export model from sketchup into any kind of format But....the point is why would i purchase a plug-in that informed it can work seamlessly inside the program which apparently do not work as advertised. At least plugin for 3ds max is still working good regardless the glitches ...

whenever I try to install the plugin, it always says setup blocked - there is another install of this package is already running ....see attachment
and when i click "close" button it says Successfully installed. but octane button won't show up inside sketchup menu.
any clue to solve this problem?

Resmas, Glad to hear that you had pulled up skatter guy to get in touch with octane dev. even thou i'm about skeptic they're going to respond it.
now just give me any reasons to move on and grab a new GPU renderer out there such as Thea render or else....i think I just need some vodka
