It doesn't work for me neither (2.49 with Modo sp4)
Missing textures : they are visible in the node inspector, but doesn't show up in the render.
Glass materials appear as glossy instead of specular in octane.

According to the laws here in Germany and in most of the European Union when I buy a program I realy own it. I may resell it and I own the program itself, not only the license or the right to use it. This may be different in the US but not around here as far as I kwow

Pretty much all programs require some sort of initial activation these days so it wouldnt be any different in their case either. Its just Octane requires it more often.
