Just to help other users with same problem:

I recently also encountered the "missing devices" with 3dsmax plugin and fixed it by disabling internal VGA of my motherboard (Asus Z9PE-D8WS). Thank you spillstudios for your tip ! :roll:
My gtx titan z is now fully recognized by Octane render inside ...

Other thing: can i use last max plugin (2.24.2_2.15) with octane alpha 3.0 standalone installed ?

Hi !
I've also noticed motion blur problems with objects linked to deformers (like bend for example).
I had to collapse the modifier in the stack to have it working...

Please otoy team fix this.

I voted for "2 free render nodes with 6 gpu limit per node" but i just saw Grimm option right now.

Ok guys:

Just about hair in octane v2.0 3dsmax plugin: tested succefully with both ornatrix and hairfarm (even if it's a little unstable at the moment: many crashes!)
My tests with 3dsmax native hair&fur didn't worked but i don't use it...

How does it work?

1) Cheaper node license (especially if you are not using standalone and just want a render node)

2) High end network version of OR that can support unlimited render nodes over 10GE boxes designed for ...

Guys i have a problem with aperture value and depth of field in those pics:

I wanted more blurry DOF but aperture is set to the max 100 value and it still miss some blur. Any ideas ? Is it a bug ? usually setting aperture to 2-4 values gives me a very blurry image...
