As what Paul said, you can explore these features;
1. at Kernel, choose infochannel
2. then Type, choose material ID etc.
3. Then render,
4. save image in PNG or EXR
5. open in photoshop.

Hi Paul,

Its an old scene with old materials and setting, no more issue when I replaced the old glossy material with new glossy material.

Still I get errors when opening the Octan erender viewport.

Please see attached snapshots. This I think is material node connection problem...

Hi kwaikeong1402,

Adding a camera, this can be done using the camera tool of autocad.
Just add a camera then point it to the direction that you want to view.

Then set it as viewport, (top, left, camera01, etc
set to camera that you have created then render it using the plugins
using open viewport ...

done voting...i vote mainly for those things that can be added in standalone.
some of them can be done in 3d apps but will be BEST to have
and be supported in Octane.
