Re: OctaneRender® for 3ds max® v3.06 TEST 3 - 4.31

Would be better if we have a "NOISE LEVEL" on render STATS, right? (even without using AS), so that way we can compare even better the optimization, improvements, setups. What do you think?

Re: OctaneRender® for 3ds max® v3.04.3 - 4.26 [TEST]

Just do a Roadmap like corona does: https://trello.com/b/EfPE4kPx/corona-road-map-3ds-max

Fix the bugs and make a POSSIBLE to do list, not just promises as we seen since 2.5

PLEASE!!!

Re: octane light invisible for reflection, map channel & more...

What is happening here? more than 1 month and NO answer at all? There is someone here giving any feedback to the users?

If there is someone reading this.

TIP: A good idea is to do something similar on what Corona Render did: https://trello.com/b/EfPE4kPx/corona-road-map-3ds-max A PUBLIC ...

Re: Octane v3.02 - 4.1 Volume Modifier don´t recognize Phoenix

Hey Jim, I could make it work...

in fact there was 2 things happening.

1 - I think I was using some newer version of Phoenix, probably some nightly build. Now I tried with a 2.2 demo version and it works.

2 - The OctaneVolume (WSM) still not showing on modifiers list, but I got why. I usually ...

Re: Octane v3.02 - 4.1 Volume Modifier don´t recognize Phoenix

Yes I was following that. The attached image is a screenshot on 3.02 - 4.1

I didn´t save the scene but its easy to recreate... its just a Cylinder inside the Phoenix object linked on a Phoenix source. Nothing else.

But even just creating a Phoenix Object without any simulation or anything in the ...

Octane v3.02 - 4.1 Volume Modifier don´t recognize Phoenix

As you can see on attached file, OctaneVolume don´t recognize the Phoenix Object. I´m using phoenix 2.2, Octane v3.02 - 4.1 on Max 2016

In fact it don´t even appear on Modifier list, so I putted it on the buttons to see whats happen.

Using Octane 3.02 - 4.0 it recognizes the object but seems to be ...
