pretty disappointed. Was eagerly awaiting more information on Pascal, and what we have so far leads to believe that the leaked specs that were floating around were not entirely accurate, or at least the first cards to appear will be a ways off those leaked specs.

I read that the pascal cards have "stacked memory" - does this mean that it will be 2 banks of 8GB, so for our purposes that will only give us 8GB of usable memory?

Out of curiosity, should this slow render speed right down? I am rendering a scene now with 6 light ID's set, and it is rendering far slower than when i am not using light ID's

I have found that reversing the fake shadows setting on the spec material helps this. It will change the look of the spec material tho
