I have written in several times about how Octane was running fine then suddenly
failed to load/start. Earlier it was running great then after I installed the Sketchup plugin,
the octane menu would open but octane wouldnt and trying to launch octane on its own
would result in the octane launch ...

I noticed there are actually 4 zip files to download; and the person who posted here said he was using the one that ends in "d".
Should I download and unzip/load all of them?

Halalleujah, I finally got Octane to function. In fact, it was the administrator settings in my own machine that were not alllwoing the program, for some reason, to launch. After "giving myself" full admin rights, it launched.

However, the Tesla card is still inactive. I'm running CUDA version, 3.0 ...
