Has anyone here ever called a basic video card in 4x slot?

Has anyone here ever called a basic video card in 4x slot? will be giving video? I wanted to use is a basic in that slot, and two other boards have only two slots.Eu this free slot to connect the base plate 9500 gt, the other two occupy two slots, so I left it alone.

simple formula: as long as a card fits into a slot (e.g. has the right connector) it should work...
