About different types of video cards

Hello, I have two cards on my machine Gtx560 you have a GTS250 Amp and saved, I wonder if I can call this gts 250 that has the slot on the motherboard with the two gtx560 and use the octane??

you can mix cards without problems. as the gts 250 is not really powerful (only a third of a gtx 560 roughly), a good idea would be to use the gts 250 to connect your display, and use the 560s for octane only - this will make your system more responsive during rendering - especially if you use pathtracing...

So I can turn on the GTS250 in the slot on the motherboard and connect the monitor only 250? 560 two and you will make a difference even at render time with pathtracing?
