Help for indoor choice Kernel

Hello, i have a little question

I need a make indoor office simulation, i have many geometrie light in celling , i have small windows

I think use low geometrie for light object and portal for windows

I have no need a pfect physic accurate result

I need a speed solution resolution but no ao technique

I want help for choice between kernel directlight diffuse, patracing , pmc

Directlighing diffuse it is more speed other kernel ?

And with direct lighting diffuse portal work ?

Pmc or pathtracing when you use many geometrie light ?
