fill your signature with your system spec's.
We talk often at cross purposes because nobody nows what OS or Driver the dialogue partner has.
It helps radiance a lot to support us.
Thanks and happy octaning, mib

Easy. Go to User Control Panel, than click on Profile and you have the Edit Signature option in there.

Ok, I were searching for something like Audodesk's
Wish List, and I didn't found it=)
Refractives, your soft grows fast, and I think, that making a wish list on this site will save your time and will reduce repeating of customer's wishes.
It could be something like this:
= Cathegories (Render | GUI | Shaders | System | Exporting Plugins | Hardware)
= Up to 600-1000 characters in wish.
= Enabled Voting.

ps. My own dream is a slider that will control memory, gathered by Octane.
Now octane always gets about ~100% of available, if it could be manually reduced to 50, 30, 12% - octane would render in background, and some other tasks could be processed in same time (for example - I'm an engineer, I ALWAYS have another tasks

). Also, it
probably could rize octane's stability while it rendering too complex scenes with high resolution.
Sometimes (rather often) it is preferrable for render to be some slower
Ok, my 600 characters is over, sorry for bad Eng.

I second your request for a wishlist. It would be great to have a constant poll so everybody could vote for the things they think they need/want the most.
I for one would love to be able to animate settings interactively in Octane over a sequence of frames, including camera position.
It's a bold request, i know, but it would be super awesome, so i feel justified
One more thing i would really appreciate is some kind of a failsafe mechanism for internet disconnection while rendering animations. Our server was dead for the night yesterday and i had to render half of my animation in Mental Ray to finish the job on time.
But still i must say that i use Octane for everything at work now and it does an amazing job on delivering the best quality in a super short time. If all goes well we are going to do all the rendering for a feature film in Octane. In stereo.
