they are included in the package.
install it and go in program files -> Refractive Software -> read me

It won't install. I'm hoping the notes might help.
Edit: Now i'm trying to get the free Beta to test for compatability but the link on your download page is dead. I'm actually trying to buy your product but you're making it kinda hard.

If you are running windows Vista or seven, you may need to run the installer as admin.
