actually my own, did the model before redecoration

it looks good .. and clean (it needs some dirty dishes and some cornflakes on the floor ), nah, looks really good, why did you redecorated it? just for the sake of it?

The redecorating was due since the kitchen looked incredibly tacky, and an incredible mess, so replaced the front doors, sink.. left about 20% of the stuff, did the LED lighting myself, for the learning experience.. and it's great when you manage to transfer the idea from paper to reality
I usually avoid that kind of colours, but lately that shade of green looks really great in combination with anthracite grey colour.. and the kitchens can have a bit of colour, nice and happy, had a nice wibe.. and it's environmentaly friendly since I decided to put most of the lighting with LEDs, well environmentally complient.. actually a few LEDs are battery backuped, for the bottom right cupboard that is always in the dark, lights on small simple automatic switch when you open it.. you can get a lot of ideas when you try to some on your own..

Now I see your point, the color with the LEDs are giving a very nice warm mood. How do you charge those LED batteries and how long do they last? Did you use any of the exercise equipments electricity generator solutions? 2 years ago I watched a video about charging batteries using exercising bike, the batteries would provide an average american home with electricity for a day and a night by exercising for 2 hours. Now I can see that there are a lot of DIY projects to achieve similar results, but less effective. It depends on what kind of batteries are used.

It's actually a small solar powered rechargable device that can also have an input and output, so it charges and powers, and when there is no input the battery takes over, good for few 1w led's ..
Buy a few cheap ones over ebay and play with that.. the LEDs are 1W good enough strength, so everything uses like 15W
I really like experimenting with those things..

Hah, I looked at your 'after' photo and was going to comment that the exposure could be higher and ask about the nice bloom you got, then i read it was a photo....

LOL - actually laughing on the inside.. sometimes I get like... hey where did you get such a large angled camera lens for this shot, and I have to tell him don't you see it's a really bad render - and that from a friend that uses 3dmax..
Octane is doing it's stuff pretty well, I'm still surprised at the number of people that are not even willing to try this software after they see the effects..
