Looking for an international partner to help structure a VR business: any recommendations?

Hi everyone
My two co-founders and I have been building a virtual reality training platform for the past eight months. We're using Unreal Engine with a real-time rendering workflow that's fairly similar to what Octane offers, and we're starting to have serious conversations with companies in Germany and the Netherlands. The challenge is that we have no real experience with expanding internationally. We've been thinking about working with an international business partner or advisory firm that understands the legal and tax side of cross-border operations, as well as the way local markets operate in the industrial VR sector. Has anyone here gone through this stage with a VR company? Did you work with a specialized consulting firm, an accelerator, or a private partner? What was the process like, and did you find it worthwhile? I'd really appreciate hearing about any experiences, lessons learned, or things you wish you'd known before expanding abroad.
