Upload stuck

Hi everyone
I am Marx, and I am having trouble with OctaneRender Cloud. When I submit a render job the process stops at Uploading Assets and never moves forward. There is no error message and the progress does not change. The same scene renders correctly on my local machine and my internet connection seems fine. I tried exporting the scene again and lowering texture sizes but the issue remains. Has anyone seen this before or knows a fix. Any help would be appreciated.
