Is there going to be a black Friday bundle this year?

I have a question. My current subscription payment period expires 11-29-25, one day after start of Black Friday deals. I understand the usual method for people with existing subscriptions is to purchase the Otoy Black Friday deal and Appended the new sub onto the existing one during the check out processes.

Does it make sense for me to do that when I only have one day? Or in my situation would it make more sense to simply cancel my existing subscription and purchase a new one? I did that either last year or year before and remember still getting double billed (was quickly resolved).

I am tuned - and staying that way!

Hi,
you can use the "append" function when purchasing a new license, or you need to cancel your subscription today, and buy a new license during Black Friday period.
Both ways are ok.

How long will this bundle be active?

It should be finished around next Wednesday.

Assuming that i want to purchase the 2026 subscription + GreyscaleGorilla thing for this Black Friday price, just like last year, anything i should know? I still have 16 weeks left on current license, since with exception of last year i used to extend my subscription around March previously. Anyway, this was no issue last year, so i presume it remains the same, current subscription runs out and then the new one will replace it come March. I am mostly interested about Greyscale Gorilla, i recently cancelled my auto-renewal of it, cause i was not willing to pay for it its regular price. Is that OK? Now that i am supposed to get it bundled with Octane again...

Hi,

The process is the same as for past year.

You need to cancel the auto renewal and buy a new BF license and use the "append" function when purchasing a new license, which will ask you if you want to merge new purchase with an existing license.

Note that you have till January 31, 2026 to redeem GSG offer while Kitbash kits have to be redeemed by December 31, 2025!
