Heyz! I got inspired by this video (http://vimeo.com/16171083) also rendered in Octane and decided to give it a try to make my own house building up from basement.
Here's the result:
It was rendered in directlighting, I guess that's why it gets so dark inside the house.

Nice, showing the edges of the base plan is not a good idea though.
And yes it needs a little more faster with some motion blur.

add some vignetting, maybe increase aperture so you don't see the edges of the plane, add turbidity some higher values like 7 and up
Change hour setting to 6-7 AM so you get that warm diffuse coloring
Usually when I just change those few settings I get like a 50% warmer nicely looking picture..
And try a nicer texture than the brick one - doesn't look that good... and add slight bumps to everything - a human eye is expecting to see things looking dirty..
or if you want it look like this than it's OK
nice plastic render not photoreal, but looks very nice with very difused shadows (looks like vray there)
That said - very nice concept and very nice camera movements and yes probably make it a bit faster, did you do the technique from a tutorial or you used the brain - some insights would be nice

acc24ex, great video there, I wish we all go green! 2 days ago I spent the day in a village and man I felt like my life in the city is a life in a rat's hole! Pollution of all sorts is killing us, ruining our moods and destroying our future. We do not enjoy the most granted things like open sky and horizon because we are surrounded by cement cubes and moving smoke generators!

Thanks people for your opinion! I agree, it should be faster. I used my brain, no tutorial For the paint, I used boolean modifier (cookiecutter type mesh on a separate layer) and other stuff was pretty much animating visibility and some oldschool keyframing.
