C4D Sculpt - Baking Displacement

I have been doing some detailed sculpting in c4d, and I'm trying to use the bake sculpt objects command to create texture maps to use in Octane.

After two days of experimentation, I have successfully baked out a normal map using the tangent method, this works well in Octane and is a good match when rendered for the actual sculpted object.

However I can't seem to get anywhere when I try to bake out a displacement map, which settings should I use? Can I bake out a displacement map that works with Octane and that can use a mid level of 0.5?

Anyone had any success with this?
