Finalrender or other Rendered viewport is active

Hi!
In the latest addon I get this text over the statistic field in the 3dviewport. (Final render or other viewport is active! Please turn of them and try again!) and the render doesn't start.
Someone having the same problem or know whats causing it?

Does this always happen or is related to a specific scene?

Blender addon version 30.10 - 31.0 beta
Blender verision 4.5.3 - 4.5.5
Singe/multi gpu
Getting this error all the time in any scene by ...
stopping and starting IPR rendering 
Octane server restart doesn't help, only full client + server restart fixes it...
but it apears back after a few IPR switches
no project file needed as it can be triggered even in an emty scene with no objects

I've tried to reproduce the issue here and the IPR works fine for me. Please try to download and install the server and the addon again. Let me know how it goes.
