AOV Compositor Alpha PNG Output?

Hi,
I've set up my scene using the AOV Compositor, and everything is working fine. However, the client has requested a render with a transparent background. I couldn't find an option to enable transparency for PNG files in the Render AOV Manager tab.
There are bloom effects in the scene, so using masks might not work im not sure. When I disabled or removed the BG node, I didnt get transparent background and I couldn't find a way to get it.
How can I render a transparent PNG in this setup?
