New Octane lights don't follow 3d cursor alignment

Win 11, Octane 30.4.0, Blender Build

Hi there. Not sure if this is a bug or feature request. Would it be possible to make Octane lights aligned to the 3d cursor on creation? When default Blender lights are created, a modal pops up that allows for World, Screen or 3D Cursor alignment. I have 3d Cursor set as my default for all new objects via Blender Settings > Editing > New Objects > Align To: 3d Cursor.

Octane lights don't respect the global Blender setting, nor does a popup appear. This is a helpful feature to have because it allows for more streamlined placement of lights/light reflections.

Steps to reproduce:
- place the 3d cursor anywhere with an arbitrary rotation
- Shift+A (Add Item) > Light > [any Octane light]
- Octane light is positioned correctly at the 3d Cursor, but 3d Cursor rotation is not used for the alignment of the new light

(For reference including how a Blender default light is aligned in 3d Cursor mode)

You can "fix" this by manually setting Align to Cursor in the Adjust Last Operation panel.
I understand this isn’t ideal, but for now, it’s the only reliable workaround. Just press F9 right after adding the light and set the Align option to Cursor.

That said, we’ll definitely look into it.

Meanwhile, I made an addon for you that can speed up the workflow. I hope it helps.
