Hello,

Newbie here. I've just managed to install the demo version of Octane 2025 for Houdini 20.5.550. I've come to realize that I can't access Octane nodes from within the Solaris context. Unless am mistaken, I think I need to install Octane Render for Houdini Solaris. However, looking at the latest release post, there's no demo version.

Is it possible it can be made available?

No, there is currently no public demo version of Octane Hydra Delegate for Solaris. That means you will not be able to render directly in Solaris context with Octane if you are using the demo.
