Enabling Tessellation in Solaris

When working in the regular Object Context, we have the option of enabling tessellation in the Octane options for Geometry containers. This is particularly useful if we're using a hard-surface model with N-gons, so it displays and renders correctly. In the Solaris Stage context however, I can't find any option to do so. Neither in the SOP Import, SOP Create node options, nor in the Geometry Render Settings node. Any clue how to do this? Or is it simply not possible right now?

Hi eh_studio,

Thanks for the post. It is not possible currently in Octane Solaris.
We have created an internal ticket to investigate implementing this feature like we have in SOP.

cheers

That sounds great, hopefully it won't be too difficult of an implementation. Thanks for looking into this!
