Light Linking - revised UX/UI

It would be amazing to have a revised workflow / UI for light linking. Redshift is a good reference here, where each light has a tab that can exclude/include specific objects - it's very fast and straightforward to use with a couple of clicks, and easy to understand which lights are affecting each object.

Hi,
the fact is that C4D and RedShift exclude/include objects from lights, while OctaneRender core excludes/includes lights from objects, so this request is not plugin related, and should be asked for OctaneRender core.
