I really like the feeling in this image, looks warm and cozy in there! The composition is also very nice. On the technical side there are some things that need attention; the bed cloth looks like sheet-metal, see if you can tweak things a bit or better, try some app that handles cloth simulation. Then you got smoothing issues all over the scene, try subdivide the meshes one more time in your modeling app, then make sure you have the smoothing box ticked in the material properties in octane (for the material/objects that is supposed to have smooth/rounded shapes). The light of the lamp seems too strong compared to the direct sunlight that enter the scene, I´m not sure on this one, but it looks wrong.

The bed-texture looks ok (except for some minor uv-distortion at the edge of the cloth, no big deal) but the cloth shape look way to rigid, if you not have any cloth-simulation software, try a some sculpting tool (sculptris from pixologic is free and up for the task) and tweak the shape so it look more dynamic. While looking at the scene a second time I think you have just missed the smoothing option for some of the models/materials (like the feet of the bigger lamp, the "steam" of the smaller bed lamps and the furniture in the foreground) while other looks ok, easy to miss some objects with this many models. I think you should iron out these minor errors, because the image really is portfolio material.
