Hello,

new post fog is a wellcome addition to Octane since it make simpler to work on landscape stuff.
Anyway, one feature we miss is *start distance*.
Basically in most situation we need to manage where fog starts - i.e. suppose you do not want for close to camer at all, and you just need to have it in the distance.
Somehow getting this result with current parameters is tricky, if not impossible.

So, it would be cool to have an additional parameter to define at which distance from camera Fog starts.
