It seems that the Octane Material VOP doesn't support null vop. After linking it, it doesn't output the correct value.

Hi could you give me a use-case? (sample file) Couldn't you use a node switcher / selector for pass-through instead?

I just want to modify the Universal Material interface because, compared to materials in Redshift and Karma, it's too cluttered. Also, the number of inputs doesn't correspond one-to-one with the parameters. Initially, I tried using a null VOP to connect the subnet's inputs and outputs to organize the material attributes clearly.
