It's working correctly for me.

Do you have Windows scaling set to something other than 100%?
Does it happen on all preview thumbnails, or just that one?
It you delete C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\OctaneRender\cache and restart Rhino does it fix the issue?

Windows scaling is 100%
its happen on all preview thumbnails (only in the LiveDB window)
I deleded the cache but no change

I see this is actually happening on Rhino8 for me, but not Rhino7. I will investigate further.

As you see in my signature I use Rhino 8.9
