Can't texture insides of null object

Hey there,

i have encountered a strange issue. Sometimes I need to work with CAD files and usually drop the elements I want to texture the same (since there are a lot of them sometimes) in a null object and drop the texture on the null. But in 2023.1.3-R3 the object remains untextured in the live viewer and picture viewer. I have to assign the texture to each element in the null. I just downgraded to 2023.1.2-R7 and here it works. On MacBook Pro M2 Max.

Best,
Lars

I don't get it! When I make a new document an test it with a bunch of spheres it works normal.

Check your objects if they have multi UVW tags, latest builds have 2d/3d UVW set support. It may affect the some setups

Thanks for the fast reply. Since the materials are very simple none of the objects has a uv tag.

Then I may be a temporal glitch on immediate update process or some mistake on your side. Share if you hit that and capture a video to show it, send us with a scene.
