Anisotropy and roughness

Hello guys,
it s been a while that i work arround anisotropic materials and i feel that i m not done with it :)
In a standard setup for radial anisotropy (cd, brushed pan etc..) you need the anisotropic map and off course some roughness. Here is the problem, i cant figured out how to keep or boost bright reflections/specular, every time a push the roughness it washes out the specular. I d like to keep the bright shiny effect. Even with a IOR cranked up to high values doenst get me back the white of the light source intensity.

Any idea ?

The only way i found to get arround is to bring a little sphere light to pump up the anisotropy reflections (img2), but i d prefer not adding extra tricks and keep the scene accurate and simple.

you could use a Composite or Layered material.
