OCIO not restarting when switching out of camera and back

Here's a little bug ... When I have an OCIO profile active (like AgX) it's active when I'm in the Camera view (with Camera Imager activated - Preview OFF). When I rotate my scene, I automatically switch out of the OCIO look (as intended, I guess). But when I hit "0" to go back into the Camera view, the OCIO will not kick in again. I have to select the proper OCIO settings from the dropbox to activate it again.
That's of course an issue, that would never be a problem if the whole Camera Imager confusion would be solved. But I've made my position clear on that one many times and given up hope
