When using Universal camera it is not possible to adjust depth of field when "Use F-stop" is enabled.
This issue has never been present for a long time and continues in latest build 28.6

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable "Use F-stop"
2. Enable "Used as Universal Camera"
3. Try to adjust Aperture in DOF settings.

Was it ever possible to do that?

You can adjust Aperture in Universal camera but when you first disable "Use F-stop" before switching to Universal camera.
It either should automatically disable this feature or allow to use it in Universal camera. In C4D the F-stop slider works for both Universal and Regular Octane Camera.

We'll look into it.
