Hi,
I can no longer access my Otoy account, the site asks me to change my password because it no longer meets the security requirements,

OK cool...
So I have to reset my password
But I never receive the email to reset the password (not in spam either).
Can you help me

I still have access to the Otoy forum
I cannot renew my subscription
