Hello Octane users. Can anyone tell me how many polygons or triangles octane can process at a time?

This depends only on your VRam of your graphic card, with my 896 MB i could work with millions of polys.
The problem are more the textures, they have loaded unziped in the VRam, and nvidia cuda has a texture limit:
Currently you can have up to 64 image textures, 32 float textures (BW), and 4 HDRI RGBA textures and 4 HDRI greyscale textures.
Cheers, mib.

Your VRAM will be used by 3 things, polygons, textures and display output (if you are using the same card for display and render). Therefore, the textures sizes and the film resolution will affect the remaining ram available for your polygons.
You can test how much ram is consumed by 1million polygons by doing an export to octane for such a model without any textures and check the VRAM indicator on octane.
