General rules for reporting bugs.

Hi everyone,
First of all, thanks for reporting the bugs you find. Your help is so important for improving the software.
By the way, I pray you to follow some foudamental rules when reporting a issue.
- Always specify which version you're using (2022.1/2023.1, Custom Build/Addon, version number).
- Always describe the problem.
- Always include a simple scene the developers can use to reproduce the problem.
- Always describe the steps to reproduce the problem.
Those steps are absolutely VITAL.
So please, after reading this, if you recently reported a problem but didn't include the scene and the steps to reproduce it, please do it (especially if I didn't reply already!).
