Density Paramater for Standard Surface SSS

Hi, I'm trying to use the (new to me) Standard Surface material in Octane and I'm having trouble recreated the same SSS look I get with a Specular or Universal material. The older materials have a density slider but the scale slider in the Standard Material doesn't appear to do the same thing. Am I missing something? Is there a way to recreate the same look you get with the older workflow?
