node duplicate

I am in the process of making multiple cameras based off of the camera thats imported from maya ( FOV is changing) It would be nice however to have a way to duplicate the settings to a new node and make carbon copies. This would make workflow go alot quicker. this would also be great for materials (like if you want to have a similar material but add a coating or different texture map to vary the look). In addition, it would be nice to have a multiplier node. in other words, lets say you have a resolution of 1920x1080 for final output but you would like to preview it at half. it would be great if you could instead of making a new node for this or modifying the existing one, to just have a value modifier node that can proxy between any other node. so you would plug the 'int2 resolution' node output to the multiplier then multiplier to the render target. then you can adjust on the fly and always have matching proportions. this could be useful for other nodes also.

Just another thought/suggestion. I know im probably annoying someone by now with the number of suggestions ive thrown out :?

I always thought a copy/paste feature is essential and needed for every node, not just cameras. Sometimes I want to duplicate a material for example.

Yes, this must be possible in future, I often would like copy/paste materials.

Kind regards
