Hi all,

I got two questions.

1. Why can't I post a new topic in the "Octane Licensed Customer Forums"?
2. I am a C4D user, using C4D.2023.2 and Octane version is 2022.1.1. How to fix the the issue in node editor. I can't drag the node from the left of node editor. The bar is missing when I click.

about forum permissions, please write to help at otoy dot com, sharing your OTOY username.

About Node editor in c4doctane, please go to c4doctane Settings/Nodes and chck that the side menu options are enabled.

Also, try resetting the Node Editor layout to default in the settings—it can sometimes fix missing UI elements. Make sure your Octane plugin is fully updated and compatible with your C4D version.
