Octane 2023 Beta 3 for UE - 0.69: Shared surface for DX12

Octane for Unreal Engine 0.68:
Changes:
- Upgraded to Octane 2023 Beta 3
- Added shared surface support for Unreal when using DirectX 12
* This is the same build as the regular 0.69, except that it supports shared surface and multiple directional lights
