[27.17-28.1] Muting Noodles Bug

Muting noodles doesn't work as it supposed to 28.0. Worked as expected in the latest stable version.
And then cutting the muted noodles doesn't work as expected either.

The new 27.17 build stopped recognizing muted connections as well.

Muting and cutting connection works fine here, in both 2022 and 2023 latest builds.

It certainly doesn't for me. Blender Octane build 28.1.
How do I send the scene to debug?

I was using the "m" shortcut on the node, not on the link.
I can reproduce the problem and we'll fix it. Thanks!
